Naan Piadina

Ingredients

2 frozen naans

4 slices of provolone

1 ball of buffalo mozzarella, sliced

1 ripe tomato, sliced

4 basil leaves

6 slices prosciutto

olive oil for drizzling

Salt and pepper

Method

Heat the naan up in the oven as per packet instructions.

While warm, drizzle with olive oil. On one side of the naan, add provolone, mozzarella, tomato slices seasoned with salt and pepper, basil and prosciutto. Fold over to sandwich and serve.
