Warm Roast Beef Rolls

Ingredients

500g leftover roast beef

4 oval bread rolls

Jalapenos, to garnish

Butter, to serve

Gravy

40g butter

1 onion, thinly sliced

40g plain flour

1 beef stock cube dissolved in 500ml water

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onions then caramelise and for 5 minutes. Add the plain flour and cook off then little by little add the stock. You may not need it all. Bring to the boil and thicken to the consistency of cream. Stir through the Worcestershire sauce.

Butter rolls, fill with beef and top with lots of gravy and jalapenos.
