Vanilla Dark Chocolate with Torched Marshmallow Fluff

Ingredients

1 block of vanilla dark chocolate

1 jar of lemon curd

1 jar of marshmallow fluff

Sweet biscuits (optional)

Method

Top a square of chocolate with a small amount of lemon curd. Cover generously with marshmallow fluff.

Using a Chef torch, lightly caramelize the marshmallow.

Optionally, swap lemon curd for some chunks of biscuit for a s'mores-like treat.
