Chocolate Crumble Topping

Ingredients

½ cup plain flour

50g brown sugar

1 tbsp cocoa powder

Pinch cinnamon

Pinch salt 

80g unsalted butter

Method

Combine the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix together and then add the butter. Use your hands to work in the butter to get a crumbly texture.
