Tuna Crudo with Burrata

Cook Time 30 minutes

Servings 4 to share

Ingredients

150g burrata, chopped

300g piece of raw tuna, chilled in freeze for 15 minutes

1 fillet of roasted capsicum, finely diced

1 tbsp finely chopped chives

2 tbs baby capers

Zest of ½ lemon

Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Salt and pepper

Crusty sourdough, to serve

Method

Thinly slice the tuna horizontally and place it on a large piece of baking paper. Place another piece of baking paper over the top and lightly pound to thin out. Be careful not to pound too hard as it will mash and break the tuna too much.

Spread the burrata evenly on a round plate and drizzle with oil. Drape thin tuna over the top to completely cover the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with the capsicum, capers, lemon zest and chives and drizzle over the olive oil.

Serve with crusty sourdough.
