Spiced Popcorn

Ingredients

6 tbsp ghee

Popcorn kernels

½ tsp coriander seeds, crushed

½ tsp cumin seeds, crushed

1 tsp paprika

1 branch of curry leaves

Method

Heat 3 - 4 tablespoons of ghee in a pot, add the popcorn kernels inside and place the lid on top. Cook until popcorn stops popping.

in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of ghee, add coriander seeds, cumin, paprika and curry leaves. Cook until aromatic.

Pour over the cooked popcorn and season generously with salt. Toss everything together and serve.
