Ingredients
125g salted butter
200g sugar
150ml thickened cream
Method
Melt the butter then rain-in the sugar and cook on a medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes, constantly whisking until a deep golden brown. Add the cream and keep whisking on a low heat until it comes together and thickens. Cool.
