Peanut Butter and Smashed Raspberry Wraps

8 soft and fluffy wraps
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of sugar or ½ tbsp honey
4 tbs. crunchy peanut butter
2 bananas, mashed with a fork
1 punnet of raspberries

Peanut Butter and Smashed Raspberry Wraps


Place the raspberries in a bowl along with a pinch of cinnamon and sugar and crush with the back of a fork. Spread the peanut butter on one side of each wrap, leaving 1cm boarder. Evenly distribute the crushed berries over the peanut butter, spread one wrap with banana and sandwich together.

Toast in a sandwich press or alternatively cook in a pan over a medium heat on each side until golden.

Cut in quarters and serve while hot.
