Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookie

Ingredients

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
100g milk chocolate
2/3 cup peanuts, roasted
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture onto greased baking trays.

Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
