Mushroom Souvlaki

Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
200g button mushrooms
2 tbsp Greek souvlaki seasoning or oregano
Greek salad, to serve
Fetta, crumbled
4 soft pitta bread, warm
Tzatziki, to serve
Method
Place the mushrooms in a paper bag. Flick with water and add the seasoning. Shake the bag to ensure the mushrooms get coating in the seasoning.
Heat oil in pan and fry mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Serve mushrooms wrapped in pita with Greek salad, fetta and tzatziki.
