½ cup frozen mango 

½ cup frozen avocado

2 tbsp raw cashew nuts

Juice and zest ½ lime

1 small handful baby spinach

¾ cup oat or almond milk

1 banana

2 tbsp yoghurt

Blend all ingredients and serve.
