Herby Butter

Cook Time 20 minutes

Servings makes 6

Ingredients

250g unsalted butter, room temperature

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp pink peppercorns

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 clove of garlic, minced 

1 handful of parsley, chopped

1 bunch chives, chopped

½ bunch chervil

Pinch salt 

Method

Place all the ingredients, except for the butter, in a blender and mix. Add the butter and mix again until smooth.  

Serve with steak or a chicken schnitzel.
