Coriander and Lime Rice

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups basmati rice, washed 3 times 

½ bunch coriander, chopped

Juice 1 lime

10g butter

Salt

Method

Steam the rice as per packet instructions. 

Fold through butter, coriander and lime juice with a pinch of salt. Great as a side.
