Healthy Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecakes

Cook Time 25 minutes plus chilling time

Servings 4

Ingredients

1 cup granola (cacao or chocolate flavoured)

2 punnets of raspberries, to garnish

Mousse

1 large ripe avocado, roughly chopped

100g dark chocolate, melted 

1–2 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch salt

Method

For the mousse, in a blender, add the avocado, melted chocolate, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

Divide the granola between 4 glasses. Top with the mousse and chill in the fridge for a few hours.

Place raspberries and extra granola on top to serve.
