Green Superfood Power Bars

Ingredients
1 cup dried apple
1/3 cup dried prunes or figs
1 cup dried dates
1/2 cup dried apricots
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Chia Seeds
3 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Acai + Berry Powder
2 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Spirulina Powder
1/4 cup rice bran sticks
3 tbsp rice malt syrup
Coconut oil
The perfect snack for your purse or for the kiddies lunchbox, these gorgeous little bars pack a punch of goodness!
Method
Add the dried fruit into the bowl of a food processor and blitz until finely diced. Add the sesame seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds and rice bran sticks and process again until finely diced. Now add in the chia seeds, spirulina, cacao and acai powder and whizz until combined. Add rice malt syrup and mix until well incorporated.
Press into a tray, greased with a little coconut oil, place in the fridge until set, then remove and cut into bars. Store in the fridge
