Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 lime, peeled
1 green or apple, quartered, cored
60g chopped silverbeet leaves
¼ bunch fresh mint leaves
1 small Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
6 ice cubes
1 ½ cups (375ml) cold water
Dash of chlorophyll

The perfect green smoothie!

Method

Place ingredients into blender jug in the order listed and secure lid.

Process until smooth. Serve.
