Dan Pasquali

Dan Pasquali was the runner up on the Great Australian Bake Off. With a party-in-the-kitchen attitude, he creates dazzling and glittery bakes that tastes as good as they look.

Originally from Italy, he grew up baking with his mamma and nonna who taught him the traditional ways of making delicious dolci Italiani (Italian sweets). These days, he enjoys blending the old with the new and throwing in something that hasn’t been imagined yet, all to create something truly show-stopping.

A creation from Dan’s Bake Lab is always a one of a kind and will feature his signature flair for the bold, the flashy and above all, the delicious.
