Stuffed Garlic Bread

Servings makes 8 bread

Ingredients

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ bunch chives, chopped

5 sprigs parsley, leaves picked and chopped

250g salted butter, softened

Salt to taste

8 bread rolls

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Blend the garlic, chives, parsley and butter together in a small food processor with a pinch of salt. Place the butter into a piping bag.

Use a small sharp knife to make an incision into each bread roll. Pipe the butter into bread rolls. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve warm.
