Soy and Ginger Tuna Savoury Pancakes

Ingredients

8 Chinese pancakes
3 tbs. hoisin sauce
4 spring onions cut into batons
1 cucumber, cut into batons
2 x 95gm cans of Sirena soy and ginger tuna

Method

Steam the pancakes (following packet instructions). Sprinkle tuna on the bottom section of the pancakes; add the hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber and wrap. Repeat the process.
