Gluten Free San Danielle Pizza

Ingredients

3 tbsp passata

Fior di latte

Prosciutto

Figs, quartered

Rocket

Shaved parmesan

Balsamic glaze

Gluten free pizza base, chilled

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Tear the fior di latte cheese and spread on the base of the pizza. Place the pizza directly on the oven rack for 4 - 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and top with rocket, figs, prosciutto, balsamic glaze and shaved parmesan.
