Sumeet Saigal is a chef, food entrepreneur and founder of Masala Makers, on a mission to make the vibrant flavours of Indian cooking easy and accessible for everyday Australian kitchens.

A MasterChef Australia 2024 contestant known as the "Sauce Boss", Sumeet has represented Australia twice at the World Food Championships. She draws inspiration from her Indian heritage, family recipes and a lifelong love of food and flavour. Her cooking celebrates authentic Indian flavours while showing how effortlessly they can become part of modern Australian meals.
