Ingredients
4 egg yolks
100g caster sugar
100ml Marsala
4 amaretti biscuits, to serve
Method
For the zabaglione whisk the eggs, caster sugar and Marsala until really frothy. Now place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and whisk vigorously for 15 minutes or until a thick pale custard forms.
