Yamitsuki (Japanese Raw Cabbage Salad)

Ingredients
1 tsp vegetable or chicken stock powder
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp caster sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ green cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted until golden
Method
In a large bowl, combine the stock powder, minced garlic, vinegar, caster sugar and sesame oil. Now add the cabbage and with your hands toss everything together.
Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve as a side or as a main with rice.
