Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Sliders

Ingredients

6 brioche or milk slider buns

150g sliced turkey

150g brie, cut into small wedges

¼ cup cranberry jelly

3 tbsp seeded mustard

Method

Slice the soft rolls in half. Add seeded mustard to one side of bun and cranberry to the other. Top with brie and then drape a few slices of turkey. Sandwich together and fasten with decorative toothpick.
