Tuna and White Bean Dip

185g tuna in spring water, drained

400g can of white beans, drained and rinsed

3 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise

1 French shallot, finely chopped

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp baby capers

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 a lemon, juice and zest

Salt and pepper

To serve

Store bought croutons

1 bunch of Dutch carrots, cleaned and halved

6 radish, cleaned

Tuna and White Bean Dip


Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with croutons, radish and carrots.
