Super Greens Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

⅓ cup whole natural Australian almonds

⅓ cup rolled oats

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1 ripe medium avocado

2 large frozen bananas

2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves

4 tbsp honey

500ml milk

Garnish

1 large banana

4 tbsp granola

4 tbsp shredded coconut 

4 tbsp flaked Australian almonds, toasted

½ cup vibrant seasonal fresh fruit, e.g. blueberries and raspberries

Sprig of mint

Method

In a food processor, process the whole natural Australian almonds, oats and coconut until it forms a fine powder.

Add the frozen bananas, avocado, spinach, milk and honey. Blend on high for approximately 20 seconds or until the smoothie comes together and is thick and creamy.

Pour into 2 medium bowls and garnish with sliced banana, granola, coconut, flaked Australian almonds, seasonal fruit and a sprig of mint. Enjoy as a filling breakfast bowl to power your day!
