Strawberry Yoghurt

Ingredients

1 punnet of strawberries, tops removed and cut into quarters

1 tbsp water 

2 cups Greek yoghurt

Method

Add the strawberries and water to a pot over medium heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the strawberries have softened. Pour into a bowl and set aside to cool.

Add the Greek yoghurt to the strawberries and fold through until combined. Portion and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
