Spinach Fettuccini with Green Beans & Pesto Genovese

Ingredients
1 packet San Remo spinach fettuccini
½ cup of fresh peas
½ cup green beans, blanched and cut into 1cm pieces
2tbsp olive oil
Pesto:
1cup of basil leaves (reserve 6 leaves for garnish)
¼ cup of pine nuts
1 garlic clove
1tbsp salt
½ cup grated pecorino
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Method
Cook pasta as per packet directions.
Heat olive oil, peas and beans in a pan on medium heat. Cook for 2mins.
Pesto
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
