Ingredients
150g spanish picante gordal green olives, pitted
½ salami chub, thinly sliced
12 pickled guindillas chillies
50g parmesan cubes
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Thread the olive, salami and pickled guindillas chillies in a S shape onto small decorative cocktail sticks. Arrange on small plates and drizzle with olive oil.
