Ingredients

½ brown onion, finely sliced

2 chicken marylands

2 tbsp chicken stock powder

Water

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add the onions to the base of an ovenproof pan or dish, layer the chicken on top. Add the chicken stock powder, and carefully add the water to the base of the pan, ensuring that the water doesn’t get on the chicken skin.

Add to the oven for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
