Raw Muesli

Ingredients

½ cup cashews 

½ cup walnuts

½ cup shredded coconut 

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup oats 

¾ cup pitted prunes 

Pinch cinnamon 

Method

Blend everything together except the prunes. Once a rough crumb, add the dates and pulse a few times until it is evenly blended. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for two weeks.

Serve with fruit, yoghurt, maple syrup and any nut milk of your choice.
