Cheesy Polenta

Cook Time 10 minutes

Servings 3-4

Ingredients

200-250g instant polenta 

1 large handful of freshly grated parmesan

25g butter

Pinch of salt

1-1.5L chicken liquid stock

Method

Bring the stock to the boil. Rain in the polenta with a pinch of salt and whisk until thick and smooth. Cook as per packet instructions. 

Turn the heat off and add the butter and parmesan and fold through. Serve with your favourite toppings.
