Pizza Tartlets

Ingredients

Olive oil, for brushing 

6 slices of fresh white square sliced bread

1½ cups of Napoli-style sauce 

8 bocconcini balls, torn

6 black olives sliced

200g kabana, sliced into 2 cm thick rounds 

Basil, to garnish

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a muffin tray with oil.

Using a cookie cutter, cut bread into 12 large round discs and arrange in muffin to form a nest. Brush bread with oil and then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes to set and dry out.

Remove then add Napoli sauce, olives, bocconcini and kabana slices. Return to oven and bake for a further 10-15 minutes to melt cheese.

Cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with basil.
