Pistachio and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

¼ cup of oats

¼ cup pistachios + extra for garnish

3 prunes

1 frozen banana

1 punnet of blueberries

1 ½ cup of cold coconut water

1 tbsp maple syrup

Ice cubes

Pinch of cinnamon, garnish

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until very smooth.

Garnish with extra pistachios and pinch of cinnamon.
