Pakora Chaat

Ingredients

12 pieces of spinach pakora

¾ cup Greek-style yoghurt

Mint chutney, to serve 

Tamarind chutney, to serve

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp red chilli powder 

½ Spanish onion, finely chopped

2 sprigs coriander, leaves picked and chopped

Aloo bhujia, to garnish

Pomegranate molasses, to garnish  

Method

Cook the pakoras as per packet instructions.

Arrange the warm pakoras on a platter. Drizzle over the yoghurt, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, cumin and chilli powder. Add the chopped onions and coriander leaves. Drizzle over some pomegranate molasses.
