Oat and Amaranth Muesli with Organic Dried Fruit and Sheep's Milk Yoghurt and LSA

Ingredients
250 grams of oats
250 grams of puffed amaranth
100 grams of organic figs cut into ¼
100 grams of organic apples cut in ¼
50 grams of pepita
50 grams sesame seeds
5 grams cinnamon
To serve:
1-2 tbsp of sheep’s milk yoghurt
1 tbsp of LSA
1-2 tsp Manuka honey
Method
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve approx. 1 cup of the muesli with 1-2 tbsp of sheep’s milk yoghurt, LSA and Manuka honey
