Miso and Cauliflower Soup

¼ head cauliflower, cut into little florets

150g tofu

1 spring onion, chopped

Miso soup

Method

Heat the miso soup in a saucepan, add the cauliflower florets with a little water, and cook for 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
