Mango Overnight Oats

Cook Time 20 minutes plus chilling time

Serves 4

Ingredients

250g frozen mango chunks, thawed, plus extra pieces to garnish

½ cup yoghurt of your choice 

½ cup milk of your choice

1 tsp maple syrup 

¾ cup rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

Coconut flakes, to garnish

4 tbsp passionfruit pulp

Flaxseeds, to garnish

Method

Blend the mango, yoghurt, milk and maple syrup together. Pour into a bowl and add the oats and chia seeds. Mix well, then divide into jars or a bowl of your choice. 

Top with extra roughly chopped mango, passionfruit pulp, coconut flakes and flaxseeds. Chill in the fridge overnight to thicken.
