Kalette Pesto

Ingredients

50g kalettes, finely chopped

2 tbsp pine nuts

2 tbsp parmesan cheese

½ lemon juiced

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 clove garlic

3 sprigs parsley

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
