Ingredients

½ cup fresh pineapple or frozen chunks, thawed

1 x 2 cm piece of turmeric 

1 x 3 cm piece of ginger

1 orange, peeled

1 ruby grapefruit, peeled 

1 carrot

Method

Using a juicer, juice all the ingredients. Strain through a fine sieve before serving as is, or over ice.
