Honey Joys

Ingredients

4½ cups cornflakes

90g butter

3 tbsp honey

⅓ cup caster sugar

To Serve

Sprinkles, to decorate

Method

Preheat oven to 150°C and line a 12-hole muffin tray with paper patty cases.

Place the butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and glossy. Remove from the heat and add the cornflakes; gently fold until evenly coated.

Spoon into the patty cases. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until golden and caramelised. Garnish with sprinkles while still warm.

Allow them to cool completely so they crisp up.
