Healthy Coco-Choc Granola

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup seeds (chia seeds, flax seed, pumpkin and sunflower)
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Cacao

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it can be the most delicious too with Daniela's recipe for Healthy Coco-Choc Granola! Try it for yourself.

Method

Preheat oven to 180C.

Heat honey until it’s thinned and melt coconut oil.

Add with vanilla into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread onto well greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir again and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

Once it has cooled, add in any dried fruit that you would like. Serve by itself, with milk or topped with yoghurt & fresh fruit.
