Ham and Chutney Toasted Panini

2 ciabatta rolls, cut in half

2 soft boiled eggs, peeled

2 tbsp tomato chutney or relish

100g double smoked ham

1 handful of baby spinach leaves

1 ball of buffalo mozzarella, torn

Salt and pepper

Ham and Chutney Toasted Panini


Heat a sandwich press. Spread the chutney on one side of the bread and top with mozzarella, ham, spinach and chopped egg. Season with salt and pepper.  

Sandwich together and toast for 2 minutes or until golden. Cut in half with serrated knife.
