Haloumi Crumble

Ingredients

180g Cyprus Style Haloumi, coarsely grated 

1 tbsp olive oil

Method

Crumble the grated haloumi into small, bite-sized pieces. Pat lightly with a paper towel if it’s very wet.

Place a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Scatter the grated haloumi evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve as a garnish for a soup or salad.
