250gm flour
120mls water
½ tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. olive oil



Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Add water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Makes even sized balls with the dough and roll into long thin sticks.
Place on an oiled tray, sprinkle with salt and prove in a warm place for 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to a preheated 220C oven and bake until golden brown.
