Gluten Free Margherita

Ingredients

3 tbsp tomato passata

Handful mozzarella, shredded

Handful tree colour cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tsp basil pesto

1 burrata

Handful of basil

Olive oil

Gluten-free pizza base, chilled

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spread the passata on the base of the pizza and top with mozzarella. Place the pizza directly on the oven rack for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.

Place cherry tomatoes, burrata and basil on top. Drizzle with pesto and olive oil and serve.
