Dark Chocolate and Pistachio Palmiers

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings makes 8-10

Ingredients

4-5 palmiers, halved

1-2 block of 70% dark chocolate

Pistachio, roughly chopped, for garnish

Method

Temper the dark chocolate.

Dip one side of each palmier into the tempered chocolate and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 

Garnish with a sprinkle of pistachios and serve.
