Cold Foam Iced Latte

Ingredients

¼ cup thickened cream

2 cups milk 

½ tsp vanilla extract 

2 shots of coffee

Ice, to serve 

Cacao, to garnish

Method

Place ⅔ cup of milk and cream into a milk jug. Froth the milk mixture with your coffee machine to your preferred consistency.

In a serving glass, combine coffee, vanilla, and ice. Stir gently.

Pour in the frothed milk, leaving the foam on top. Spoon any remaining foam over the drink.

Garnish with a dusting of cacao powder.
