Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings 4

Ingredients

1 focaccia bread

2 tbsp tomato passata

1 large handful of grated mozzarella

8 thin slices of pepperoni

Method

Heat the oven to 220°C.

Spread the passata over the top of the focaccia and sprinkle over the cheese and layer the pepperoni.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until gooey and golden.

Slice into fingers and serve immediately.
