Cacao Coconut Granola Banana Bark

Cook Time 15 minutes plus freezing

Servings 4 as a snack

Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas

100g dark chocolate, melted 

100g gluten-free granola cacao coconut

Method

Slice the bananas into 1 cm thick slices and arrange side by side, in a rectangular shape on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pour over the melted chocolate and with a palette knife spread out evenly to completely cover the bananas. Sprinkle over the granola and chill in the freezer for a few hours. 

Break off pieces and enjoy.
